• An international driving permit is required.

Vehicle use

• Customers must obey Cambodian traffic laws.

• The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities.

Fuel policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.

Accidents and damage

• Customers must immediately report any accident or damage.

Airport pickup and drop-off

• Airport transfer services are available upon request.

Cancellation policy

• Customers should inform us as soon as possible if they need to cancel.

Insurance Policy

• Third-party insurance is included with the rental.

• Customers are responsible for traffic fines and violations.

• Customers must immediately report any accident or damage.

• If the insurance company charges an administrative fee of US$50, the customer is responsible for paying that fee.

• Insurance coverage depends on the terms and conditions of the insurance company.

• An international driving permit may be required.

PTS Car Rental Cambodia is not responsible for costs that are not covered by the insurance company.
